Track your order
Every paid order ships with a tracking link inside the shipping confirmation email. Here's how to find it — and what to do if it's missing.
1. Check your shipping confirmation
When your order leaves our warehouse, we send a separate shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a carrier link. Search your inbox (and spam folder) for the order reference #XXXXXXXX from your original confirmation.
2. Click through to the carrier
The tracking link goes directly to the carrier's site (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Royal Mail, etc.) where you'll see live status updates — usually within 24 hours of label creation.
3. Still can't find it?
Email us at onboarding@resend.dev with your order reference and we'll resend the tracking link within one business day.
